Located in downtown Branson on Main St. we will feature our award winning whiskeys, sloon'shines, and merchandise in an energy filled Bar & Grill with our own cafe and live music. Open for Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner - our new prototype distillery will set the stage for our expansive growth.
```Overview``` We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced General Manager to oversee our operations. As the General Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing all aspects of our establishment, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maximizing profitability. If you have a passion for the hospitality industry and possess strong leadership skills, we want to hear from you! ```Duties``` - Oversee daily operations, including staff management, inventory control, and customer service - Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and increase profitability - Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations - Train and mentor staff to deliver exceptional service and maintain high standards - Manage all aspects of food preparation, including quality control and menu development - Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate financial records - Utilize Aloha POS system to manage orders, payments, and inventory - Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure efficient workflow and timely delivery of food - Maintain a clean and organized establishment ```Qualifications``` - Previous experience in kitchen management or a similar role is required - Strong knowledge of food handling procedures and safety regulations - Proficient in cash handling and financial management - Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team - Familiarity with Aloha POS system is preferred - Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Join our team as the General Manager and take your career to new heights.
